Ink Cartridge
This product came in the mail a couple days early, which is always nice. Since installing them in the printer, I have printed several pages of text and graphics with no problems. But most importantly, I have printed fifteen or sixteen pages of photos for an art presentation and they look great. The colors are sharpe and crisp. Paper used was HP Premium Plus Photo Paper. I will be ordering these ink cartridges again.

Printer Cartridges
The service and quality was great but before I could use the cartridges my printer died and the new one that I bought is a different cartridge. I had to return and the return went just great. Money back in my account in no time. Thanks for all your help.

Second time we were lucky
This was the first time that we had problems with ink cartridges ordered from Overstock.com not being recognized by our printer. We were able to return them without any hassle and ordered a replacement set. The second shipment worked perfectly and my printer was able to identify them instantly. It was an unfortunate experience but it was handled to our satisfaction and we would order from Overstock.com again.

I purchased a black/color cartridge combination. The black works perfectly. Could not get color from the other cartridge.

Waste of $$$
The ink cartridges worked great for about the first 4 printouts and then quickly ran out of ink. We live a long way from town and thought I could save some money. I won't buy them again!
