Liked the price, but print quality was not satisfactory when cartridge initially installed. There were smears on the print jobs, especially when font was bold. Played with it a bit, gave it some time, and find recent printing is acceptable. Depending on how long the cartridge lasts and if the quality of the print continues to be good, I may repurchase.

I bought a stockpile of these last year and the ones I have used have been very good so far.. I used my printer for well over 300 sheets, including some pictures with just the black cartrige and was surprised at the results. I then added the color cartrige and they worked even better. I will buy again based on my recent results.

This is a great product and very well priced, far cheaper than all the others. I got it within 3 days of my purchase and they all worked great! This is a far better alternative than buying the really expensive version in stores. Will definately order again!

I like to keep back-up ink cartridges so I never run out, therefore, I bought 3 of these because of the price. When I went to install the first one, the print quality was poor. It smeared and skipped and finally quit printing ink completely. I tried the next cartridge thinking that I just got a bad one. The next two cartridges did the same thing. I will not buy these again.

I have trouble using this in my HP Printer it is not the fault of your product. HP has some kind of set up in its printers that reject remanufactured items asd I will not buty anymore because I loose too much money. Sorry.

The cartridge worked two times only. I understand this is a refurbuished product. I've bough remanufactured products before and they worked well, may be not as new but at least work. this cartridge almost ruins my printer.

the print quality is very inconsistant. sometimes the ink comes out of the cartridge, sometimes it does not. i have no issue with the distributor, the experience of order/delivery was as expected.

I tried the ink cartridge on my two HP printers. Only one printer was able to detect it and print. It never works on the other printer. Note: I also ordered the color ink cartridge and none of my printer was able to detect it. I wasted my money on that one.

These remanufactured cartridges are junk. Printer will not recognize them. No not purchase these.

I purchased 3 of these ink cartridges and the first one worked fine, but after that one ran out of ink I installed the second one and it only lasted me for about 20 text copies. Then i went on to install the 3rd one and that one doesn't even print at all, I have been having to print in color.

It took our printer a few tries to recognize it - but after that, it seems to be working just like the more expensive ones. Quality is the same. We just started using it, so I can't speak to how long it will last or how many sheets it prints, but so far, we are really happy and will continue to buy remanufactured ink to save on costs.
