couldn't install
Ordered for backup in Dec 2012. Cartridge looked just like the OEM cartridge it was designed to replace but printer repeatedly reported cartridge errors when I attempted to install it - April 2013. Could not return due to 30 day limit on return policy but support tech refunded full price of the cartridge. Would have rather had a working cartridge but, I'm happy with quick resolution. Thanks
