I've ordered ink before from Overstock and not had any problems with them. But, I'm not happy with these last two colored ink cartridges that I received. I installed the first one and kept getting a message that it wasn't installed correctly. I removed it and checked to make sure that there was nothing still stuck to the cartridge, blocking the ink and reinstalled it. It still said that it wasn't installed correctly. I removed it and reinstalled it 6 more times, still with no luck. I decided to just try the other cartridge and found that it had leaked ink in the plastic "shrink wrap" around it. Needless to say, I was not very happy and tossed both in the trash. Guess I'll have to pay a little more and just buy them locally since I need the replacement now so my daughter can fiinish her class assignment.

This was for a replacement cartridge at my brothers house in Florida. His printer indicated that the color cartridge needed replacement. When I received it it worked well.
