the ink is leaking in the plastic bag
I can't use the ink because its leaking all over the plastic bag it's in and I didn't open it. I think maybe the lady at the post office who forced it into my post office box ruined it. All the other ink cartridges I ordered from you were fine. I can't get a refund on this so all I can do is complain to the lady at the post office.
