While I have purchased from Overstock many times, this order has been the most frustrating of my history with the company. I have had to have them replace the order three times because it has never arrived. I have no doubt that the cartridges will work just fine - but it has been over a month since my first attempt at the order, and over two weeks since my second attempt.
