the color cartridge was defective and the cost to return the damaged item and restocking fee would cost as much as the product itself. Overstock's return policy makes it very risky to purchase inexpensive items.

This is the second time ordering this product . No problems the first time but this time the color cartridge did'nt work. Ink cartridges are non returnable so i guess I'm out a few bucks. Live & Learn.

Based on the reviews I decided to try the reburished print cartridges. It seemed like a very good value. It turned out to be a huge waste. Neither the black nor the color cartridge work right. The black comes out as a purplie-ish-blue color. I have to remove it and shake it everytime I print to get any resemblance to black out of my print job. The color cartridge is missing the red color and it comes out streakish, even with cleaning and shaking. Good experiment on my part and I will not by buying refurbished again even though the price was right.

I have found the color quality to be very satisfactory, and would absolutely order these cartridges again! Approximately a $50 savings compared to purchase of new cartridges - outstanding value.

Very satisfied. Installed in HP psc 750 and printer recognized immediately and functioned flawlessly.

the black cartridge worked great, BUT the tricolor has a problem, there is no red coming out. it comes out a light brown. even tried the "clean the cartridge" in the printer toolbox window. may have to try the other cartridge. otherwise it was a great price and quick shipping.

Works as good as the original...and not nearly as costly as buying the namebrands...

I recieved order fast black ink was fine-color cartridge only printed pink-I thik color cartridge is defective-will try to exchange.

The ink cartridges work fine and at an excellent price. I hope they will last as long as the regular branded ones. But even if they don't, at that price they don't need to.

the refurb doesn't print ink of any quality. I cannot use it at all. Not for pictures, not for clip art, not for text. I would not recommend this product for anyone. It would be a waste of money and time. Exceedingly dissatisfied. Trying to be green but sometimes it simply isn't worth it. Especially when you need what you need NOW.

I was happy to find an alternative to the high-priced 'store' prices for ink cartridges. This was it. It is easy to install and is working very well. Very pleased.

They work very well. Excellent definition and no blurring. The shipping took a bit longer than I would have liked, but overall I am very happy.

I really like the remanufactured ink. To me it has been very good quality. I would highly recommend this to my friends and have already done so.

DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this crap. i ordered the 15/78 combo and the 78 was defective right out of the box. they had me return them and then sent out 2 more... these worked fine for several months and now the color(78) went belly up. it is NOT an ink issue... it is an electronics issue. what a total waste of money. these "remanufactured" cartridges are total garbage!!! of course there is no warranty and overstock says"sorry"... i say never buy garbage from overstock ever again.

Going to order more right now! Lasted a long time and just as good of quality as HP brand for far less money!

The 78 cartridge failed after six months of little use. There's plenty of ink left but apparently the electronics failed. I had to put in the old dry 78 cartridge just so I could print out black and white. So what ever color printing I did do with the remanufactured cartridge turned out to be expensive per page. The fact that the 15 cartridge is still working influenced me to give 2 stars instead of 1 star.

How bad can printer ink be? I would let you know, if I could, after it has been in my printer for a while. I'm confident it will be fine and you can't beat the price!
