Lamp is bright & stays where I put it unlike my previous one. I wish I had found it years ago.

This is not our family's first lighted magnifier, it's our third. We like it well enough, that I'm on line ordering another one. We like the cover so the optics stay clean when not in use. Bigger magnifier and light than the previous ones too.

Needed a lamp adn magnifier to solder some circuit boards with. The product does what it advertises, clamps to the table, moves easily and surprisingly stays where ever you place it. I was worried about the staying in place feature as I need to use it at many angles.

Recommedn this lamp to anyone needing moveable light. Great for sewing and other tasks.

I bought this for my drawing table and in the beginning it worked fine. I build computers as a hobby and sometimes I need to see something very small and the lit magnifying glass is very helpful. But after a few weeks of use the light begin to get dimmer with each use. I haven't replaced the bulb yet so I don't know if that is the problem or a bad transformer which would make repair unlikely.
