The item is exactly as described and is good quality. I had questions regarding the packaging, especially given one of the reviews. I purchased 4 sets (8 total) and the boxes were in very good condition with no tears or punctures. The chairs are exactly what I ordered and what I wanted.
The quality is great and perfect for the space I needed. If you are however looking for blue don't buy the blue ones. The reason it is called char-blue is because it is charcoal with blue. The blue is not striking or evident; the chairs are really charcoal. It is not close to the picture at all. If you want even a hint of blue you will be disappointed.

These chairs are way more comfortable than normal folding chairs! I have a really small apartment and these are a great way to add extra seating when needed.
Have been looking for side chairs for the oncology clinic I manage; these chairs look great and are comfortable for patient's family members.
