So even though this shredder looks nice and seems to work well there was a big hole in the box and a dent in the basket that collects the shreds. The thing I'm disappointed about is that the hole in the box was only on the box for the shredder itself, not on the outside shipping carton. So I was shipped a piece of damaged merchandise from the get go. It wasn't that big of a dent or that big of a deal to bother with a return, but I was very disappointed to think somebody would take advantage and send out damaged merchandise knowing full well the person who got it probably wouldn't want to bother going through a return process being it was purchased online. I feel like I was taken advantage of. It's not like if I had been there shopping in person I would have picked the one off the shelf in the store that had a bit hole in the side of the box. AGAIN, the outside shipping carton had no hole or sign of damage, the merchandise was damaged already when it was placed in the carton to ship... Thanks Overstock... you may want to look at some of the vendors/distributors you use.
