Works fine, very easy to use, no set up required- but it's really loud!

I searched specifically for Fellowes Shredders because of the confetti cut- I think it is the best cut for security and I knew Fellowes was the best. I love the see-through wire mesh basket - it is helpful to see how full you are PLUS it makes a rainbow of colors if you shred colored paper like post-it notes. Overstock.com was the only place I could find this particular shredder after shopping locally at all office supply and department stores. I knew that this would be an investment in a shredder for life.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. It's perfect for my personal needs. It's not too big or too small. I quite like the mesh basket feature so that I can see the volume of shredded materials.

Must admit, was skeptical when it first arrived. It is smaller than the large commercial units but this has turned out to be an excellent home office piece of equipment. I can recommend this shredder to anyone who has a home office or just personal use. It really does the job ...... quickly and efficiently.

Bought this to shred personal items. Love the see-thru bin to know when shredder is full. So far it has held up very well.

Horrible shredder. Broke within the first 3 months with minimal use. Jams very easily and very slow. Didnt have the receipt or box so I couldnt return it. Spend a little extra and get the Fellowes 3219701 Powershred Personal SB-97Cs Confetti Cut Shredder. It is well worth it.

Recommend to anyone, good product and ease of operation.

It looks nice. It's easy to run. It handles staples and credit cards. However, don't get too much paper stuck in it, the motor can't handle it. My previous version of this had it's motor burn out because it couldn't handle the envelope of junk mail I tried to run through it.

I love my shedder it's small and compact a liitle loud when shedding but for the price i feel as though it's a steal !!!

I bought this as a gift and it was a huge success. It was small enough to fit in a small room and has been very dependable so far! I could easily recommend it.

So even though this shredder looks nice and seems to work well there was a big hole in the box and a dent in the basket that collects the shreds. The thing I'm disappointed about is that the hole in the box was only on the box for the shredder itself, not on the outside shipping carton. So I was shipped a piece of damaged merchandise from the get go. It wasn't that big of a dent or that big of a deal to bother with a return, but I was very disappointed to think somebody would take advantage and send out damaged merchandise knowing full well the person who got it probably wouldn't want to bother going through a return process being it was purchased online. I feel like I was taken advantage of. It's not like if I had been there shopping in person I would have picked the one off the shelf in the store that had a bit hole in the side of the box. AGAIN, the outside shipping carton had no hole or sign of damage, the merchandise was damaged already when it was placed in the carton to ship... Thanks Overstock... you may want to look at some of the vendors/distributors you use.
