We use this for home office use. We have worked our way up from lightweight, portable shredders to light-duty shredders and have finally found what will probably be our last shredder. This meets all descriptions and promises advertised. It is truly "jam proof" and capable of plenty of work in a session. We would definitely recommend this shredder - look no further.

Purchased two of this model for two small business offices. Shopped around and found this model at the best price on Overstock. Very easy to set up. Does a great job of cross-cut shredding. Like the low profile, fits between our printers. Would highly recommend this shredder for a small office.

The Fellowes Intellishred SB-89Ci Jam Proof Shredder is an asset to safer office practices, an aid to maintaining privacy and an easy solution to the final disposition of sensitive documents. I have used the noted device to shred both paper, plastic disks, credit cards and documents with staples intact. The equipment has to this point operated without an issue and as well as advertised. I am considering purchasing multiple units for other locations. From a value standpoint, this is an affordable security device that every office should avail themselves of the inherent peace of mind associated therein.

This shredder is AWESOME! Has to be one of the quietest ones I've ever heard, has plenty of power, is definitely "Jam Free"! I've used this in my home office while someone was on the phone and they didn't even know I was running it. Heavy duty shredder has great safety features, and the ability to munch through anything I've thrown at is so far. I've shredded DVD dics, credit cards, etc. and it just keeps shredding away. Automatically reverses when it senses it has too big of a load, powers through miss feeds. Another Great product by Fellowes. Thanks for carrying this Overstock, best investment I have ever made on a shredder.

The Fellows SB-89Ci jam proof shredder seems to work fine thus far. I bought it for the home office to shredd junk mail and old tax records. I have not started on the old taxes yet but it is working great for the junk mail. Someone picked my wife's ID out of the trash a couple of years back - that won't happen again.
