    • Very good shredder

      My wife and I just love this shredder. When it arrived, about 48 hours after I ordered it, we initially though we ordered something wrong because it arrived in a very LARGE box. It was all the packaging material that made the box so large. Read the measurements of the machine carefully because it is a big larger than we expected. We have a small home office and I wanted a shredder that would shred paper, cds and dvds, credit cards, handle small paperclips, staples and junk mail. I love that I can take junk mail and not even have to open it and simply feed it into the shredder. The cross cut blade is good, as the paper is cut into small pieces. Our home office is located near our master bedroom, in the past, I had to wait to shred something because our OLD shredder was too loud, now, this new model is quiet. I can shred at any time without fear of disturbing my wife. We like the Fellows brand, our OLD shredder was also a Fellows brand machine that we had for over 10 years, we gave it to a friend because it still worked great! So why did we buy a new one, well, our old one did not shred CDs or handle staples, etc.... Overall, we are VERY happy with this product. Even happier, when we checked the price at our local office supply store, it was more money there, we really enjoy the savings and fast service we get from Overstock.

      i LIVE IN AN APPARTMENT AND I FOUND THIS SHREDDER WAS EASY TO SET UP AND I ALSO FOUND THIS SHREDDER TO BE VERY QUIET AND EASY TO USE.

    • jam proof shredder

      great shredder. bought it based on other peoples' reviews. never used a shredder before so really have nothing to compare it to. shredded cases of documents with no problem. didn't use trash bags that came with it becasue I had so much to shred and other reviewers said the bags ripped easily. i would definately recommend this machine.

      Once again overstock comes thru with flying colors. Service was great. Delivery even faster than promised. Had a smaller Fellowes shredder before this, so went back to a brand I knew was good. The PS-79Ci is a huge improvement over the older models. Great to be able t o slide out drawer to empty it, and not have to lift off the shredder from the basket. Safety features are much improved and do not interfere with efficiency. Works very well with less noise than previously used smaller model. No regrets on this one. Thank you Overstock.
