Thought this would be a so so shredder but turns out I am very impressed by its opperationI dont think any shredders is tottaly quite but this is reasonably quite as expected. Holds a lotof shredded paper, and does not have any litter behind stays in basket very wellI would highly reccommed this machine. You will like it.

We have a small home business and shred home financial paper plus some business papers. Even at that level we wore out our previous light-duty shredder in about a year and a half. This one is heavy duty but quiet, reliable, large capacity and we appreciate it very much! It does not peave paper dust around after shredding. The price was better than in stores, and the standard shipping fee here made it a desirable way to purchase it. Delivery was very fast.

We previously had an inexpensive 5-page limit shredder that jammed even if you didn't feed the paper straight. The Fellowes swallows multiple pages, staples, credit cards, etc. effortlessly. Well worth the small increase in price over light duty shredders.
