The chair is fairly easy to assemble, however the cushions are of poor quality and do not withstand normal sitting or leaning. The cushion immediate disperses around your elbow so you feel the arm chair platform.

Nice chair but lacking some extra cushioning in the seat. After a few hours your butt starts feeling it. Could use some lumbar support as well, and a little more tilt. It is definately sturdy and at 340lbs the piston holds my weight without dropping a millimeter. I ordered late Sunday afternoon and it was at my doorstep Wednesday afternoon. Definately very sturdy and I would imagine it will hold up well. Instructions were starightforward - very little writing mostly pictures. We'll see how it holds up in the months to follow. I give it 4 stars for it sturdiness.

We bought 6 of these chairs for our new office space. 4 out of the 5 were basically perfect. One chair one wheel falls out if you lift it off the floor, which we don't do very often so it's not a problem. And one chair is lop-sided. I was worried that the white would get dingy but so far so good. Extremely comfortable, no more back pain at work. I would highly recommend this chair. It got only 4 stars because of the wheel and lop-sided issue.

Very comfortable and it is leather and not vinyl. REAL! LEATHER! and I love my chair.

Chair is small, made for 150 to 180 lb people. But the tilt is impossible to hold back, it`s not comfortable to tilt. Doesn`t work correctly mechanically, it`s defective in design.

Tough to find white office chairs and this one was everything I wanted. Good price, professional looking and comfortable. It was a little more creamy then I had hoped but still look awesome with my white office furniture.

Chair arrived with a broken wheel. Overstock responded and corrected the problem quickly. After receiving the replacement wheel, the assembly was quick. The chair is large and very comfortable. I gave it a four star instead of five due to the broken wheel, but I would definitely recommend the chair.

very comfortable office chair. rich dark burgundy color (darker than on my screen), works and looks better for me that way. and more important ..... It is REAL leather, not bonded, not eco leather, not faux leather. it smells like a leather, feels like a leather, looks like a leather, not like a plastic . very happy with that purchase.

This product is advertised as a glove leather chair. It is synthetic leather. The chairs have a noxious chemical smell that lingered for two weeks. I called the manufacturer and the manager I spoke with said he would call back. Never heard from him. Once I confirmed with the company that the chairs were NOT real leather, I wiped them down everyday for a week with a damp sponge using liquid dish soap and water until the odor went away. The chairs are well constructed, but not worth the price for a vinyl chair. The manufacturer calls the chair "eco-leather." Buyer beware.

When I received this chair it was perfect. I have bought others chairs from office supply stores but they seem to break down easily. My husband is big and tall and this chair is made for weight and has a very roomy seat. I know this chair will last a good amount of time. I will surely buy this again when the time comes.

Chair is very comfortable at first but I noticed a few issues with it: For one, it's upright position is too far forward, almost making you feel like it's tipping you out of the chair. I suppose this is ok if you need to sit bolt upright to type often and spend a lot of time doing it but this is a very awkward feeling to have the front of the chair noticeably lower than the back and I simply can not sit in the chair like this. Alternately, when you engage the tilt back it simply doesn't lean that far back to anything I'd remotely consider reclined. It's almost as if the tilting hardware was designed for a different seat. I usually prefer to leave my chairs unlocked so I can rock back a lot but with the awkwardness of the upright position I have to leave it locked at 3/4 to full recline to be comfortable to me. Second, the height adjustment from fully lowered to fully raised is only about 2 inches and max height is still not high enough to pull my heels off the ground when I'm only 5'8". Very odd. Third, the padding on the chair at first is nice and stiff then softens under you like a memory foam almost. Then after you've been in the chair for a while you notice the padding is TOO soft for how thick it is and you're sitting on the hard base of the chair. This is when I only weigh 160 lbs. You'll also notice this on the armrests if you rest your elbows there often. Cushy at first and hard within minutes. Although these quirks can be annoying for what you'd expect from a $**** chair, the chair is far from unusable and I've grown accustomed to the quirks and likely only pick it apart due to the extended amount of time I spend in my chair. (6-7 hours a day) The cover is very nice to touch and I far prefer it to leather. Plenty of width between the armrests so anyone bigger will still comfortably sit between them. Build quality appears high with stitching tight and straight. I intend to throw some washers under the front bolts to make the chair tilt back a little further and I'll be keeping this chair. If they'd have gone with a cheaper traditional foam with better support and set the native incline to a regular chair's positioning this would be a 5 star chair. As it is it's a competant attempt at a more luxurious chair without the $200+ price.

I am very pleased with the chair. It is very comfortable and the color is great in my office.

While this chair is not really a big man's chair, it is relatively comfortable for those who are not too big. Anyone over 200 lbs may want to find something larger, both in depth and height. It is not as adjustable as some other chairs, so one may have difficulty in finding the ideal position. While I am not over 200 lbs, I find the chair to be a bit smaller than I would prefer. The arms should be somewhat wider, flatter and longer. The bottom of the chair should be a bit deeper. Then, this would truly be a BIG man's chair.

Attempting to put this chair together was one of the worst experiences of my life because none of the holes for the screws matched up. It was definitely an exercise in patience and frustration. As for the item itself, the martial is not "oxblood" as described but rather its red vinyl with black spots on it and the wood, which is described as "mahogony" is also bright red. Very Ugly! I was looking for traditional oxblood color chairs for my attorney's office and was sorely disappointed when I opened the box and saw this. On the good side, the quality appeared to be good and it was returned with no hassles and no charge! Thanks Overstock! I will try again with another product.

It's a solid chair, better for a larger man than a slight woman. This is the first ergonomic chair I have ever purchased and decided on this chair based on the positive reviews. Assembly required more strength than brains, the chair itself is heavy and fastening all of the screws and bolts took some elbow grease and patience. After it was assembled, I worked at the computer for about an hour. The seat is so deep that I really didn't get the lumbar support. The tilt function is so stiff that I couldn't budge the seat back. I'm 5'5" and 120 pounds. I gave the chair to my husband (5'11"/180) and it's great for him.Since I was still out a chair, and too lazy to go to a chair store. I ordered the Office star, veraflex deluxe in kiwi. It arrived this afternoon. It took about 5 minutes to assemble (you do need a phillips-head screwdriver that is not provided) and looks and feels good.

to the Five Star Rating, the instructions are truly terrible, small and unclear. Fortunately the chair is fairly easy to put together. The chair is very sturdy and very comfortable. We will see how durable it is, it appears well made.

I bought this chair for my husband's birthday. He's 6'5 and about 250 pounds, and he loves it. The chair hits him at about the shoulderblades, and is very comfortable for him. (I'm 5'6, and it works for me, too.) The leather looks nice, and while it's not a soft, living-room type chair, it's pretty soft for a computer chair. I'm giving it four stars instead of five only because of its ease of assembly ... or lack thereof. My husband is a very handy guy, but had a tricky time attaching the arms. The holes didn't line up quite right, and while it's fine now that it's done, it seemed to us that it would have been very easy to rip the leather attaching the arm.
