The chair construction is very good and the mulitple adjustments make the chair comfortable for a wide range of people. Components and materials are of a quality that is not seen in a retail office supply store but the price was excellent.

This chair definitely goes head to head with the market's leading ergonomic office chairs. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. I've worked for a division of GE where they use the Herman Miller Aeron chair ($599 basic price) and I can safely say this chair lighter, very flexible and much more comfortable than Aeron. My prior chair at my current job was causing my lower back and legs to feel fatigued and achy. All that is pretty much history. I am 6' 2" height with 210lbs of weight and I was concerned about chair design, lumbar support and seat depth. Did days of internet research and it paid off. I takes a couple of days to get used to the chair but after that you feel you are sitting on air and yet with good back support.

Got this chair with a missing piece. Contacted customer service and got replacement part within days. The chair is versatile and comfortable. I use it in my family room as an extra seat to watch tv. Comfort all the way!

We were looking for ergonomic, comfortable and attractive executive chairs for our new office. It appears everyone is enjoying these chairs. They provide a contemporary look to our new office and the executives who are using them enjoy sitting in them and indicate they are comfortable as well as have many options for comfort. The best part is that these chairs were within our budgeted range and we couldn't be happier.

The Boss Ergonomic Executive Office Chair is a very good choice. Absolutely professional appearance that will fit in anywhere; reception desk, bosses chair, everything in-between. Assembly will require looking at the directions but is very easy with that guidance. Construction is sturdy and materials are significantly better than average. You will enjoy this chair and feel smart about the dollar amount invested.

Because of an ergonomic review for this employee - it was recommended that he needed a new chair. This chair meets all of the ergo requirements and now we have a very productive, happy employee.

Initially purchased two chairs for the office assistants to replace old ergonomic chairs. They loved them and they were so easy to put together that I decided to purchase another one for our spare guest office. We're all more than satisfied with the purchase.

This chair is nice if you do not want an adjustable chair. I like the material...Looks and feels like leather but wears better. Chair rocks nice. I like how it sits slightly forward...it makes it easy to type. The chair rocks nicely and can lock at any angle throughout the tilt range. The seat cushion is firm yet comfortable. I actually wish it was a a little softer. The stitching has a lot of nice detail work- no loose or crooked threading. The arms are very tall and hit my keyboard tray frequently but still HAVE NOT scuffed. The arms height is comfortable but if you can try not to use it with a keyboard tray- that way you can place the chair completely under the desk. The high back is very supportive and curved at the perfect angle. This would be a nice executive chair but doesn't work as well for really task oriented jobs. Passive ergonomics are actually quite good. I wish it was fully adjustable. With the lack of adjustability - It is more of a sit and lounge chair. A couple of these would be great at a dining room table too. Overall I am happy with the quality, look and especially the price of this high end chair. I love the tan color- much better than the basic black. It sells for twice the price everywhere else. I would definitely recommend this item if you are NOT specifically looking for an adjustable back and seat task style chair.

I was lent an ergonomic chair from a local furniture broker. The cost of that chair was approximately four times this chair, and I like this chair better. Very easy to snap the few separate pieces together; I unpacked and assembled it in less than five minutes. The chair looks great, and is very sturdy yet comfortable. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

This chair arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble. The multiple adjustments on the chair allows one to make the chair very comfortable. I use the chair for extended periods in front of my computer and the ergonomic aspects of the chair enhances my ability to work long and well.

This chair is very comfortable and extremely easy to put together. The bungy ropes make it very comforming to your body and very supportive end ergonomic. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

This chair is every-bit as good as a chair 3 times the cost. The assembly is easy and quick enough, but having a second set of hands would be an asset. I've used the chair for over a month and it's superior to any executive chair I've used over the last forty years sitting behind a desk.

It is not too bulky to take up too much space. It is not as comfortable as other leather type executive chairs but it's good enough for me. Easy to assemble and nothing was broken, everything working the way it should: the two tilt controllers and the seat height adjustment. I am happy overall.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Balt chair. I looked at all the top ergonomic brands at various stores around my city before purchasing it. I have had two back surgeries so it was important to find a comfortable, supportive chair to use at my computer. My husband wanted me to get the name brand chair he has at his office, but I was not interested in spending well over $600. When the chair arrived, I was surprised at the weight of the materials. Everything is very well made. It is easy to put together, and only requires about six steps. Everything lines up just as it should. There is a sturdy 5-armed, chrome-plated, spider base, with casters that roll easily. In my opinion, it is as solid and well-made as any of the other ergonomic chairs I looked at for two or even three times the price. The only other comment I would make is that the chair is large....not that it takes up lots of space, but the seat is on the large side. I think a petite person might find it more chair than he/she wants. Everything is adjustable, except for the dimensions of the seat...so you might find the arms too far out if you yourself do not have a "wide" body. All in all, I think it is a very good price for a well-made, adjustable, ergonomic office chair.

I have to give this chairs 5 stars. I use it in my office, which I sit in all day working on the computer. This chair replaced a chair that gave me back pain and left my legs numb. Now my back pain is gone and my legs are fine. I am able to tolerate hours and hours in this chair w/ minimal breaks. The price was great compared to the other famous ergonomic chairs which can be $700 and more. It was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone. I am tall and overweight and it fits great. It is very adjustable.

I was looking for an ergonomic chair for my home office, something that closely resembled the top-of-the-line ergonomic chair I get to use at work. This is about the closest I think I can come without reaching into the $500+ category. I am sitting in it as I type and it's extremely comfortable. The seat bed is cushiony but firm -- just perfect. The back is a very cool design visually and feels supportive and flexible. The one thing I wanted was two-way adjustable arms and though this chair technically has that feature, the width is restricted by the width of the seat pan. There is no way to move the arms in close to the lap as the chair itself stops the movement after a certain point. My chair at work has swiveling arms, so that I can move them closer to my lap when I type, supporting my arms at all times. This chair DOES NOT have that feature which is my only disappointment. Again, not wanting to spend a lot more money, this is a happy compromise. The assembly also was not that difficult, although the Allen wrench hurt my hands a bit when the screws were difficult to turn. Overall excellent product!

I have long-time lower back problems and am currently in PT for these issues. My therapist recommended that I get a more ergonomic office chair since every little bit helps when it comes to rehab. At work, I had an Aeron chair, but I didn't want to shell out that kind of money for a home office chair that I use maybe 2-3 hours/day. This chair really fits that bill. It has features and functionality like the higher-priced alternative. It looks good, too. I would recommend it.

My back problem gave me limited choice to buy a chair.I have to read and confirm my understanding and comfort to purchase a online chair offer. Reading through all the reviews, this chair has all the options and functions I need to make my unhesitant purchase for it. Yes, as acclaim the seat contour is really soft and molded quality foam, build of chair is Quality build and it has the essence of ergonomic aspects in it. This chair worth more than I think, it is a great value purchase for me.

The uncomplicated, sleek look of this chair belies its total ergonomic adjustability. The back of the chair can be adjusted vertically - independently of the seat, and the tilt tension can be tightened or loosened to the preference of the occupant. AND, the angles of both the seat and back can be set, in addition to the height of the seat. If this weren't enough, the feel of the chair itself is supple and welcoming, softer than leather, and very comfy. Great buy!

This chair is a professional-level piece of furniture, not one of the cheap bargains you find at the big box stores. It was easy to assemble and only took about 10 minutes. Pretty comfortable and the adjustments work smoothly and easily. It's not a $1000 chair but it's far better than the class below it. It's not very aesthetically pleasing so if your interest is design, look elsewhere. If your interest is in function, relative comfort, durability and ergonomics at a reasonable price, this is the chair for you.
