We love this cabinet. Well made with high quality materials. Only the drawback was, they delivered it at the doorstep, and my wife and I had to use every muscle to move it inside our house. Oh, it was heavy!

The first one was damaged due to poor packing; box was torn and leg was broken. The second one is perfect. Overstock did a fantastic job of replacing the damaged one. Looks very professional in the office.

I was highly disappointed in the quality of this product. It was delivered in very good packaging fully assembled except for the handles. The problem is when I lifted up on the top section of the cabinet, the thing fell apart and the wood (particle board) crumbled. This product is basically an IKEA-like product in the way it is built and uses the same type of hardware to keep it together. I had to decide whether to return it or not. I had already cut up the box that it came in and I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to repack the thing so I decided to fix it myself. I took the entire thing apart, used wood filler to rebuild the broken wood sections (luckily the broken sections were on the inside portion of the cabinet). I used Liquid nails wood glue and glued every single part before screwing the parts together. I'm sure the cabinet will not fall apart now. I have not loaded the cabinet up with files yet, but the sliding rails holding the drawers don't seem like the strongest glides. I will have to see what happens, but I have a bad feeling. Don't buy this product unless you want to take it apart and reinforce all of the parts with some strong glue.

Very pleased with this file cabinet. it looks great in my husband's home office and looks more like a peice of furniture than file cabinet. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Package was well wrapped and padded. Exactly what I was expecting!! Excellent quality. Sturdy. Quiet sliding drawers. My only complaint would be with the shipment company used by overstock. The shipment company wants you to be available 8-5 for delivery and they will not leave it without a signature. Who has a whole day to waste waiting for a package?

Nice Design that compliments my decor. The cabinet is very well build and I am able to store a lot of files both legal and letter size. I am very pleased with the quality and enjoy not having to assemble the unit.

The Lateral file cabinet arrived without any problems I we are very pleased with it. Craftsmanship is the best word to describe it.
