This chair was a big disappointment -- especially since I've liked every other thing I've ever ordered from Overstock.com. The chair is kind of flimsy, and the arms shift positions every time you apply any pressure at all to them. On top of that, the main post that supports the entire apparatus sinks to the point of dragging the floor on occasion, and then one has to turn the chair upside down and pound that post back into position with a rubber mallet. There's no other recourse, unless one wants to drive his or her officemates insane with the sound of the post scraping the plastic rug protector. And the final clincher is that the headrest won't attach properly. The screws that came with the chair leave the headrest all wonky, and they (the screws) are a weird size that isn't available at Home Depot, Lowe's, or even the local hardware store, which carries a ridiculous array of such things. The chair is just a dud, I'm afraid. I wish I'd returned it, but now it's too late.
