I was very pleased when this chair arrived. It is replacing a very old and worn executive chair, and I was very picky about the chair that would replace it, since the old was so extremely comfortable and well made. This Ergocraft chair so far is an acceptable replacement. The chair is a nice jet black leather (as opposed to the gray color it looks like in the photo). When putting it together, there were several washers missing, so I had to find some replacements. I didn't bother to contact overstock or the manufacturer. For the time it would take to get new washers, I could just find some much easier. However, the bolts in the chair seem to slowly loosen over time. I've only had the chair for a month, and I've had to re-tighten the bolts twice. I hope this is just part of the "settling-in" process. Overall, it is a nice chair. But paying this much for a chair, I did expect a bit better craftsmanship.
Also, just as a point of information, This chair not only swivels 360 degrees, but it also tilts back. This wasn't mentioned in the product description, and I had to find this information on another site before purchasing the chair. But for future buyers, it does indeed tilt to a somewhat reclining position. Not nearly as far as my last chair did. But it does somewhat.
After doing extensive research on chairs to fit my own personal style, sifting through many of the ugly and uncomfortable looking chairs out there, I am overall generally confident I made the right choice with this chair.
