I was very pleased when this chair arrived. It is replacing a very old and worn executive chair, and I was very picky about the chair that would replace it, since the old was so extremely comfortable and well made. This Ergocraft chair so far is an acceptable replacement. The chair is a nice jet black leather (as opposed to the gray color it looks like in the photo). When putting it together, there were several washers missing, so I had to find some replacements. I didn't bother to contact overstock or the manufacturer. For the time it would take to get new washers, I could just find some much easier. However, the bolts in the chair seem to slowly loosen over time. I've only had the chair for a month, and I've had to re-tighten the bolts twice. I hope this is just part of the "settling-in" process. Overall, it is a nice chair. But paying this much for a chair, I did expect a bit better craftsmanship. Also, just as a point of information, This chair not only swivels 360 degrees, but it also tilts back. This wasn't mentioned in the product description, and I had to find this information on another site before purchasing the chair. But for future buyers, it does indeed tilt to a somewhat reclining position. Not nearly as far as my last chair did. But it does somewhat. After doing extensive research on chairs to fit my own personal style, sifting through many of the ugly and uncomfortable looking chairs out there, I am overall generally confident I made the right choice with this chair.

I wanted a sturdy, leather chair with solid arms and roomy enough to get comfortable. This chair fits the bill.

This chair came just as described. NO parts were missing and it was simple to put together. It is NOT a cheap chair like someone else said. It's very comfortable and my wife loves it. No problems.

I was so excited about this chair. I spent a lot of time reading reviews looking for a excellent chair that was well made and comfortable. When the box arrived and I took out one piece, it was one of the arms, I could not believe how CHEAP it looked. The outside panel is not double stitched on, it is attached with VELCRO, yes VELCRO. The worst of it, the panel is on the outside of the chair and extremely visable. I was shocked at the quality of just the arm. It looked like an office chair that could be bought at 1/3 of what this chair cost. Needless to say, I wrapped it back up, put it back in the box and returned the chair. Now I'm reluctant to purchase another chair for fear it won't match the description like this one. So disappointing!

I was very disappointed in this product! I was expecting very nice leather on this chair and found that it is the shinny black plastic looking thing! On top of that it was missing some of the washers needed to put it together.

The hardware packet was missing three washers and the allen wrench so I had to go to a hardware store and buy those items before I could finish assembling the chair. It is a good, solid chair, though it doesn't recline at all. I got it because it was warranted for 15 years and I live in my office chair. I needed a comfortable one, and this is. The arms are a bit too high and I would prefer I could adjust them and they would turn in closer to my body, but that's OK. This chair is an excellent buy for the price.

Very comfortable, and attractic, excellent value, would buy again without reservations!
