The chair arrived in a timely maner and was securely wrapped and packaged. There were more parts than I iniitally expected and it took me a little longer to put it together, but all the parts were enclosed and clearly identified and the instructions were included . It is very comfortable and the picture of the chair on the website is identical to the fully assembled item. I thought that it was a good deal for the price I paid.

This chair is amazing. It is comfortable and well made. I spent a little more than I normally would, because I am working on my Masters degree and I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. It is over sized compared to normal office chairs. There are many ways to adjust for the perfect fit. I love this chair and now both of my daughters want me to order them one.

This is not a very nice chair. It is built fine but the material is crappy looking, and the chair is just not that comfortable. Ok for casual use, but if this is for long term sitting, move along to something better.

The box was crushed so I was worried about the contents. No damage to any parts. Instructions could be better. Everything aligned, was easy to put together once I figured out which part was which and it is SO comfy. Since I have a tendency to sit on the edge of my seat, I put a throw pillow to fill up the space between my back & the chair back. Not a defect, just a personal quirk, too many years of being an admin. I bought this for my home office since we recently moved and my chair did not come with me. I'm glad I had the opportunity to buy a new chair - this is fantastic. If you are skeptical about purchasing something you can't touch or sit in, have no doubts - this is a great chair.

I read ALL (okay almost all) the reviews on the mesh backed chairs in this price range and there was something to scare you off with each one, so I went with the cheapest. It DOES have a funny smell, which is fading slowly (I've had it for about a week). The arms, even on the smallest adjustment, ARE still spread way apart, but I don't think I'd have noticed if the reviews hadn't pointed it out. Unlike some people, I was one of the lucky ones who DID receive all the right parts. As for the assembly, I poured a glass of wine, cleared my calendar for the afternoon, and even enlisted my boyfriend, lured by a beer. We were done in ten minutes - crappy directions and all. And let me say, it didn't take any special male construction talents. I ran the show, like usual. I've built maybe 2 office chairs before in my life, each a decade apart, so any old Jane Shmoe can do it. Go ladies! As for lasting quality, only time will tell, but it haven't fallen over yet.

We purchased this chair for my son's computer, gaming, and homework desk. He's a football player and 5' 10", and this chair is holding up great. He put it together himself, and he uses it daily. His back does not hurt when he is in it for extended periods of time. Probably buy another as soon as we need one, and I'd like to get one for my office.

I have a fully herniated disc. Sitting can become brutal over hours of time. I work from home occasionally and this chair has been a great chair for those days. I am impressed at how comfortable it is for the money. It does not have a lot of adjustments, but it is adjusted for me in its permanent back setting. It does raise and lower and seems to stay in place. I have had it well over a year now. It gets regular, long-term use by me, my husband when he's surfing and my teenage boy when he's playing online games. It is holding up beautifully. From someone who doesn't appreciate our "throw-away" culture in the least... this is a bargain. I would buy another one just like it if it failed, but it shows no sign of doing so today.

The chair arrived sooner than expected. Everything was packaged nicely and arrived intact. The chair was more difficult to assemble than other reviews led me to believe. The one reviewer who stated that his assistant assembled it while he was out at lunch need to give that person a raise! The instructions were difficult to follow and to figure out. None of the packages of bolts were identified on the package so there was a lot of guess work. To make it worse one bolt was missing. Once assembled this did turn out to be the most comfortable desk chair I have ever owned. It rivals Herman Miller for comfort. Great back support.
