Ergo Mesh High-back Executive Chair

I don't write reviews very often, although I do read them. But this time I thought of writing one since reviews on this chair really helped in making my decision. I have a great chair at work that i can sit on for hours and hours and I would be perfectly happy. unfortunately that chair is no longer produced. This chair was a very close match. I gave this 4 stars due to the fact that the thought process that went into building the arms mechanism wasn't upto the standards that this chair otherwise displays. It's like they slacked on that part or ran out ideas or didn't have the budget for something better. Nevertheless arms are usable and durable, its just that they are not very sturdy. Other then that, yes this is a great chair and a steal given the current price of it. You will forget about its shortcomings in the arms department once you have been on it for couple of hrs as it very comfortable and excels in all other areas.

Very good chair for the price. Comfortable. The only thing is that as a tall man (6' 3") I wish the arm rests were adjustable for height as they are a little low for my body.

My husband loves his new office chair which provides great support. We had checked out specific ergo designed chairs in stores and ended up using O. We were not disappointed in our decision. We hope to order another for my office.

• How accurate was the sizing? The sizing was accurate for me at 5' 7" and my husband at 6'2" to enjoy the chair.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The chari is comfortable and has great support.
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The chair was delivered quickly and with no flaws. Perfect!

I was fully prepared to love this chair, based on the overwhelmingly positive user comments. I expected it to be extremely comfortable. Not so much; I am returning it. I am a 5’5” female and it just does not feel like I fit this chair and/or it fits me. Also, the chair does not provide good lumbar support and is difficult to roll across carpet. Most importantly, the arm rests keep me from scooting up fully to my desk, no matter what their position.
