This scale seems to work very well, and I really like the battery-saving features such as the LCD turning off when you don't have an item on the scale and the 1-minute automatic shutoff. My only complaint is that it is SMALL. This is *entirely* my fault, I should have read the dimensions more carefully (and it IS called a "pocket scale,") not a reflection of the product and therefore not letting that affect the 5-star rating. I just want people to be aware in case they make my same mistake. I bought this for weighing knitting items, yarn balls, etc., and it is challenging to get an accurate reading simply because of the small size of the salver. I did test out the scale using multiple pre-measured items that fit well on it and got consistently accurate readings and even the readings for the items I'm having trouble with are *fairly* close, but I know not 100% accurate because of their oversize. I have no trouble at all reading the display and rather like the blue backlighting. Overall, I feel it was an amazing value and would definitely recommend it to others, just with its intended pocket use in mind. :P

I've found that this scale does not give me consistent readings; I use it to measure small golf club components, and I've gotten widely varied weight readings for the very same item after trying to weigh it several times, in an attempt to test the scales' accuracy. Perhaps I need to calibrate it in some way, but I guess that given the price, my expectations should not be too high.

Easy to use. Weighing platform a decent size, and 2 pound capacity is more than enough for household use--weighing mail for postage, weighing tea for brewing, even use in the kitchen for weighing out portions for recipes!

Good little scale for the money. Batteries are not included (two AA). The instructions are somewhat hard to understand in English, and are mostly written in Chinese. I'm just using it as a basic mail scale though, so it suits my purposes.

I'm really pleased with this scale - I haven't had it long enough to know how robust it is, but out of the box it's easy to use, and on the basis of my butter keeper, at least as accurate as I need. A great buy - I'm thinking it might be useful to have one in the kitchen, and I might have to get another one.

I ordered 3 of these scales for our office. After three employees kept trying to get these to work correctly we gave up and I returned them. They would not reset to 0. Without being able to reset to 0 there was no way to be sure of an accurate measurement.

I have to admit that I did not expect too much from this product for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. Solid little unit and very accurate.

I bought this for a friend as a present as he was looking for a small postal scale. For that cost, it is cheap and I am sure it will work!!

I purchased the scale to weigh small items like jewelry, coins, mail. It is easy to use and seems accurate. The lighted screen is OK but the letters for oz. g etc are very small and hard for me to read. Overall it is a great product for the money. Its size makes it easy to carry and you can use it anywhere.

It's good to have in the office, especially for those who mails out newsletters and pamphlets regularly. I used it also for my small items I sell on Ebay.
