When I notified Overstock they sent out replace hardware despite documenting the exact piece I needed I received hardware that was NOT intended for my units. End Result a Return for Credit on my partial order. So for the money and time I spent, I should have chosen a more reliable vendor but instead went for the imaginary savings.
Just what we were shown and wonderful service, we got it in a couple of days.
When my daughter peeled one of the "thought bubbles" from her wall to move it, the paint peeled too!
great for the price, corners came a little bent. but they were work for what I am using them for. not at sturdy as I expected but work well with hard surface behind them
I was going to buy this product on amazon but read several reviews from folks who received damaged boards and never received their stands for the board. I decided to order from overstock because only one person had received a damaged board out of the 4 reviews posted at the time. I just received my order and the board is damaged with a large ripple on both sides. I called overstock immediately because they have great service and I knew that they would rectify the situation. Unfortunately, they are out of stock on this item so I won't be getting my new whiteboard (sigh...bummed). Overstock is going to arrange for the return and will refund my money but I'm still without a whiteboard for school this year. Incidentally, I didn't receive the stand for the whiteboard (this was a common problem when reading the reviews on amazon). This product is being shipped directly from the manufacturer and they obviously aren't protecting their product well enough in shipping. There is not enough...
