  It does a great job in a tight space, however, we thought it would have a hydrolic type of height adjustment. It's quite time consuming to adjust to a different height. Must take everything off, adjust all four pins and reset up! We will keep it and use it for now, but when you are sharing an office space, every square inch is as important as functionality!

  The desk is large, sturdy, and scratch resistant. No regrets, however it was quite a hassle to get moved and assembled, since it weighed 160 lbs. Lining the thick top piece up and securing it required three people. Despite the inconvenience, it was a great fit and looks pretty.

  Overall the product is an excellent price for the money and of good quality. Negatives: The instructions were extremely poor and misleading. Many holes were undrilled in the hutch and bow front desk. Took over 10 hours to build. The mahogany color is more of a burgundy color and rich. Not like the color in the overstock.com picture. I would still recommend this product but wasn't happy that it took so long to build and cost me over $500 in labor.

  We searched for months for desks for our home office. We needed two and did not want to spend thousands of dollars on solid wood desks. These turned out to be perfect. They fit perfectly in our office and look great. They were fairly easy to put together though the drawers took a little time. All of the parts were included. They are very heavy - you definately need two people to carry the largest piece. They arrived with some crushed packaging but the driver opened up the boxes and there was no damage. If you are looking for a nice piece of furniture and don't need alot of storage room (the drawers are small) this desk is an excellent choice. We are very pleased with our puchase and feel we received good value for the money as these were at an excellent price.

  after unpacking, and partially assembling workstation, the right side main brace was found to have a broken weld. Upon examining the welds on both braces, several weaknesses were discovered. I had both braces re-welded. Once assembly was completed, the product was found to be satisfactory, and is currently being used. It was easier, and faster to repair the product locally than it would have been to re-pack and return, or wait for customer assistance. While we like the product, I would recommend to the manufacturer to be more alert concerning QC. This product should never have been shipped without a thorough inspection.
