The insert tab fell off
As soon as I took the cartraige out of the box I noticed one of the tabs to hold on to was broken. I did'nt make a big deal because I really need to print some brouchers for work, so I went ahead and inserted it into my printer. Big mistake now Im haveing a hard time taking it out since the tab broke off when I inserted it.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. No so good, the instert tab broke off
