They did not work. However, Overstock did give a full refund and their staff was very professional and in tuned with keeping their customer satisfied.

I have to say i was cautious about purchasing the remanufactured ink. But they for the price have doen what they are supposed to. I couldnt say excellent quality, but it could be the 5yr old dell 720 printer that i never have ben real happy with. but i would purchase the ink again,if i dont get a new printer first.

Do not buy!!! Ordered color and black cartridge. Neither worked. No blue on color and black felt empty and could never get it to print a drop. Did all recommended fixes including moist paper towel and then dry paper towel. DID NOT WORK. Wish i could give it a zero star.

I was very disappointed in my purchase of these remanufactured cartridges. Could not get a good print. job. Ink faded in-- out. Disappointed. Thought I was saving money.

the ink cartridge simply doesn't last as long as an original. other than this, it is priced right so even if you use double the ink cartridge you are still ahead. Just plan on using extras. The lexmark brand was poor quality. in comparison to dell.
