I purchased this product in March 2012 based on the description on O.com. I purchased a single color cartridge also. I have been terribly disappointed in both products. I opened the packages on in June 2012 and inserted them into my Dell printer. I printed a few pages and the cartridges did not work. I called O.com for assistance and was told that since the purchase was made over 30 days in the past, I could not receive a refund. My advice to anyone, do not buy this product. I wasted $$ for items that I cannot use. Dell printers need Dell cartridges. These refilled cartridges do not work and are a waste of money.

Took a chance after reading bad reviews. Wish I hadn't. Cartridge stopped working shortly after I installed it. Won't buy this product again.

Complete waste of money. NONE of the three cartridges would print in the printer. I've read elsewhere of the sensitivity of Dell Printers to cheap refills, and took my chances anyway. Don't make the same mistake I did. They do not work, plain and simple.
