I was very pleased with the quality and the price of the product that I purchased!

Would not work in my Dell962 printer at all. Message says missing right cartridge. I tried for an hour to no avail. Totally useless to me.

arrived promptly as described,price was right, haven't tried it yet, woould recommend ordering from here again.

I have bought remanufactured ink cartridges for my PC from other places. I do not print a lot. Some of the other cartridges would clog up over time and I would have to clean them with a wet cloth to get them started again. This one has not done that. Of the various purchases I have made of remanufactured ink cartridges, this has been the best one. Let it be known however, that you will not get a reading on how much ink is left in the cartridge, but none of the remanufactured or refilled ones I have bought do that.

I have used these cartridges for the past year, using about 50 of them. The biggest problem is one never knows if it will work. I buy in batches of 10. Some batches ,9 of 10 will work and sometimes only 5 of 10 worked. Some don't work at all while some print in one color, either green or magenta..As i said ,it is hit or miss with cartridges.

I found the package of five color M4646 and the pagage of two M4040 Dell look-a-likes to be a total scam. None of the color cartridges or the black ink cartridges worked. The literature stated the cartridges were adaptable for a Dell 922 printer, but the electronics on the end of the cartridges do not match up. The color cartridge,at first, indicated it was half full, but then after 10 pages of print it was empty. These knock-off, or rather, remanufactured cartridges are a rip off! Don't bother buying them, I seriously don't think their worth the bother.

Great value and fast shipment. My printer doesn't care for the fact that they aren't name brand replacements and balks at each use. It's a small price to pay for saving lots of money and I'd buy them again.
