I ordered several cartridges, and you sent all but the one listed above, immediately. However by sending this second package later it incurred me in more transport expenses on my end. Perhaps you could have a question at 'shipping' as to whether the client would prefer to wait until the whole order was filled rather than sending multiple orders.

I was a little skeptical to get this product but i did read the reviews and decided to give it a try b/c Dells prices on their replacement cartridges are ridiculous. Thanks to those who wrote a review. I now have black ink and when it prints it looks just fine.The only thing that i don't like (but i knew this before buying b/c i read the reviews and it tells you on the package once you get it) is that my printer does not recognized the cartridge (b/c its re manufactured) so every time i print it tells me i am out of black ink.Kind of annoying but i will put up with that seeing that I saved money buying from here.Getting ready to purchase the color cartridge now :)

I have used remanufactured cartridges for my Dell printer for about four years. There is a huge difference in cost from a new cartridge as compared to a remanufactured cartridge. I was pleasantly surprised to find printer cartridges sold on Overstock. I ordered both a black one and a colored one and they both arrived in great condition. I recommend you try the remanufactured printer cartridges from Overstock. You cannot beat the shipping costs!
