This ink cartridge is very poor quality. Unfotunately the website says it is nonreturnable, So I guess I am just out my money and stuck with an inkjet cartridge that doesn't print large vertcal areas on the page. I do Not recommend spending money on this product.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Terrible. blank vertical lines on printed page.
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Apparently not free of defects.

Purshased this item in black and color, prior I had no issues, but with this one (black cartridge) I had problems. It was dried out when I went to install it in my printer. . I have not had problems with the color cartridges.

unfortunately the print came out very light , even though i darkened it on select.

i bought both the black and the color ink from overstock i have not used the color but i put the black ink in and got 1 week of use then it started to leak in my printer so to me it was a waste of money. i have bought other items from overstock and have not had a problem so i did not keep the return papers so it was my loss. the ink is a good price but i am a little gunshy about trying this ink again i hope everyone else has had better luck with the ink

The Dell Cartridges were very reasonable at Overstock. com. There were received in a timely manner. I will now order my Dell Cartridges from Overstock.com
