EXCELLENT VALUE. COST A FRACTION OF THE PRICE DELL WANTED TO CHARGE. WORKS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE MANUFACTORS PRODUCT. NO PROBLEMS.
Very disappointing and very messy. The first one I used did not work at all and it also left several ink spots on my carpet. The second one finally worked, but it left ink on my hands and was also messy.
Bought 2 black and one color. First black came out of package covered with ink and didn't last long. Replaced with second one when it died, also covered with ink out of package. That one lasted for even fewer pages- on screen display still indicated full. These were not remanufactured well, and I'll pay a little more for them elsewhere next time.

As a graduate student, I don't have the money to pay the company that made my printer $80 for 2 ink cartridges. So, when I saw overstock had cartridges that would fit my printer, I was pretty excited. I will say that it's a great deal, but the quality of the ink is not very good. It would be fine for home use, but not for resumes, projects, or school work you want to turn in. The color density varies all the time, so one page might be a bit darker than the next (or it might be different line by line). Overall, good product if you are on a budget and need something to print things to file away or the occasional email or info from the internet. I would not recommend using if you need professional looking documents.

The first few pages I printed after installing these were a little rough, but eventually the cartridge starting working fine. Worth the trouble for the value.
