I just love this pot! Every feature is available from the front: no more lifting the lid to poor in the water. the coffee maker comes with a permanent, reusable filter. the permanent filter actually comes out (it sits in the basket) and the user can use regular paper filters if preferred automatic on/off timer makes GREAT coffee. Has a sort of sprinkler type brewing that allows the water to absorb the flavor from the grounds. AWESOME!!!

This coffee pot is convenient in a small kitchen as you can leave it in place to fill with water. Timer works great. Features are simple but most importantly - coffee is nice and HOTwhen brewed.

It is a very nice coffee maker. It is easy to set and the front loading is very nice feature to have. The timer works great and so does the reusable filter.

There are a few things that set this coffeemaker apart from any other I have had. You load the coffee and the water by opening the front, which means you don't have to pull it back and forth on the counter. The water goes into a shute, which means there is no splattering. There is an aroma button, which enhances the drip system. This coffeemaker is made with the user in mind.

There were several features in a coffee maker I was looking for (Auto Shut Off, Front loading of coffee and water, NO water filters, make 12 cups, and reasonablly priced). This was the only coffee maker that met all of those.

I do like the way it is a front load for water and coffee, Nice that it comes with a filter basket which makes tt very easy to make coffee. Taste is good too!

LOVE this coffee maker! I love the fact that the water and coffee can be loaded in the front rather than on top! I now don't have to continually move my coffee maker out from under the cupboard! It's SO genius!! AND I love the cup warmer! Best coffee maker ever! I highly recommend it and I would buy it again.

easy to use.....but the timer wont work???? makes a "nice" cup but not great.....

I purchased this about 6 weeks ago. 1. No mess to fill 2. Electronics are simple to set. Red light means on, green light means timer is set. 3. Makes coffee fast and tastes great. I thought it seemed a little bulky but think the design does a better job of keeping the coffee hot. 4. No need for filters if you don't mind rinsing out the plastic one. I've never tried the aroma setting. Very satisfied.

The coffee tastes good, but the coffee maker has a strong plastic smell. I'm hoping this will disappear with time. Pouring water into the well from the front of the machine rather than the back may have advantages for some people, but I find it awkward because you're pouring from the top left, while trying to read the gauge on the bottom right. I like the temperature of the brewed coffee, not to hot to where you need to let it sit awhile or add ice to drink it immediately.

This coffee pot was a great find! The fact that you add the water in the front of the machine, as opposed to the top, makes it an added bonus. I keep my coffee pot on my counter under my cabinets. Now I no longer need to move the pot out every time I want to make coffee. The "front load" feature eliminates this added step. Additionally, this coffee pot is very pleasing to the eye and the coffee is wonderful! What a great find! My only warning is that you need to be sure to place the carafe in correctly to avoid having coffee leak all over your counter.

I love the ease of filling with water. Fits nicely under the counter and no need to pull out to fill up.

Packed well by manufacture. If you use the Aroma button, which I do, the brew time seems like 10x longer. Coffeee tates better, so it is worht the extra brew time. I love the design and the less space it takes. I have owned Krups, Cuisenart, Cooks, and this rates better than all. So far so good!

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. I like everything about this product, except it wasn't a cone filter system, I have aways had cone systems and this one is a basket system. I just had to give away 3- 100 boxes of cone filters. Oh well if this is the downside, it is nothing!
