I got this as a gift for my Grandmother. I picked this item because it is not small like most other organizers. My Grandmother holds on to so many little things like receipts, appointments, phone numbers, birthday reminders, etc. Lets just say she can fill an organizer to bulding capicity in a very short amount of time. this one i hope adds on another month or two of filling because of its' size. I guess the only draw backs to this item is, the inserts (calandar / appointment organizer) are sold seperately, & there is no color selection.
