These are better than foam stress balls. I bought them as physical therapy aids for my aging father to strengthen his hands. They are working out well. The supplier shipped them immediately.

I was very pleased. The quality was much better than I expected. Firm ball with a soft feeling outer shell make it a great value and hard to put down. I am back to buy another one or two as gifts for my internet friends. This is the closet ball I could find that fit what my doctor had suggested and that I could afford. I am bargain hunter and this is a bargain!

I ordered this because I do a lot of knitting and crocheting and my hands get sore. I squeeze the gel ball at night and it helps take the soreness out of my hands. They seen to be very well made and the gel is not too hard or soft to squeeze. I wanted a purple one but when I first ordered they were out of purple. When I went back later they did have purple, so I had to order another one. ;-) Now my hubby and I both have one.

I purchased one of these to keep in the office. These balls are very well made and really do work. It helps take my mind off of work for a few minutes a day. Also, since I do a lot of typing, it really helps strengthen my hands & wrists too. I was very pleased with this product overall.

I am a doula and I use these balls in almost every labor I attend. They are perfect for massaging a sore mommy. You can put plenty of pressure on the ball and give them a good deep massage w/out hurting their skin or creating one solid pressure point. Love these!

I wasn't very happy with this product, for a stress ball it is much too firm and thus makes it hard to really use.

Ordered one for everyone in the family. Great when hands get stiff from using computer, driving, working outside. I use it at work in between assignments to help pace myself.

I was a bit disappointed with this item. Will and am keeping it by the computer to unstress and ease my hands after being on the computer for a long while. I think that it is good for arthritis in the hands. Not worth the postage to return it. Also would keep it away from my dog as I am afraid she would be able to bite into it. She has several of her own balls to play with; as she is doing at this very moment.

I received the two black stress relief balls I had ordered and was so disappointed. I bought them to use as stocking stuffers for Christmas. They came as balls - with no packageing, no paperwork, no nothing. Too cheap looking to give as gifts. They should be returned but I don't have the time to do it so I'm stuck. Not worth the price. I do not recommend these for gift giving.
