Make sure you have the correct connection type on your monitor (2 of my 3 monitors did). Easy to lift / move / position. Difficult to install, depending on your desk. IT is supposed to clamp, but there was no space to do so. I ended up having to drill a hole in the desk to get it to work (but it is super stable now). I ordered a 3rd monitor with the proper mounting connection, but a 34 inch, so the configuration does not quite work as it does with 24" monitors (1 monitor is portrait, other landscaped but 25% obstructed). Not designed for large monitors, so I am not blaming the company for this. The movement is nice and smooth (even the 34" monitor) and does not take much effort to re-position.

  • Do you get both long and short poles with item? If not, what is the pole height? How do you purchase the other pole size? The pictures would make it appear that a longer pole is included, but the description indicates otherwise. I need a 1 over 2 config. Thanks.
