I didn't even try installing this. I bought my desk from the O and I would have had to attach this tray to the bottom of the desk drawer. It's too bad they didn't say how much this thing weighs in the description because this thing is heavy. If you read my review on the desk I bought from the O, it's a great desk but the drawer has issues. I think if I attached this to the drawer, it would have ripped out the bottom of said drawer. This tray is HEAVY. Not only would the weight of this thing stress that drawer but on top of it would be me pounding on a keyboard... recipe for disaster. So I sent it back without even bothering to install. Buy only if you have a solid piece of wood on which to install this. That being said, I believe that this would have been a high quality product-- just because it seemed very sturdy and well built.
