ChairWorks Low-back Leather Office Chair

We purchased two of these chairs they are beautiful. The problem we had as that the chairs came with no directions to assemble in either box, one chair came without the nessary parts to assemble, Chairworks sent the missing parts, however the cllips were missing from the package. I called Overstock and was given the option of reaturning the chair or being offered a discount , which is what we did. I had also contacted Chair works again, but didn't hear back from them. My husband assembeled the chair. Guess what yesterday we received a second set of parts this time the clips were included it was sent by Chair works, but they hadn't notified me that they were sending them again, it was a hassle, however the chairs are very nice.
