I have tried using this multiple times since purchasing in early December. we haven't used the printer since and I haven't been able to get this to read in my printer to use it. its too late to return probably now. so I guess I wasted my money and know now not to buy used items on something like this :-( very disappointed!
The ink dispenses well. After installing though cant get the indicator lights to go back out indicating a new cartridge has been installed. That's not something that would keep me from buying again. All in all I think it is a good value considering how expensive these cartridges are at retail stores. I will continue to purchase.
My Canon MX330 printer gave the following error when using this cartridge: The ink has run out. Replace the ink cartridge. U163 You can get the printer to accept the cartridge and print by holding down the "STOP/RESET" button for 5 seconds.
