  • Seems fine!

    The cartridge seems fine so far. I eon't know for sure until it has been used for a long period of time to see if the ink lasts and to make sure that it does not leak any toner.

    • How accurate was the sizing? Size and fit was fine.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. So far, so good. I won't really be able to tell until I have used this for a long period of time to see if the ink lasts.
    • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? So far, no defects.

  • This product was misrepresented.

    I contacted customer service before I placed my order to verify that I would be getting a genuine Canon toner cartridge. I received a Canon-compatible cartridge. This product was misrepresented. I was in need of toner, so I installed it but have not made many copies so I have no idea how long it will last. I would not have ordered this item if I had known it was not a genuine Canon cartridge.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. I have not used it long enough to know how well it will perform and how long it will last.
