It is impossible to reset the ink level on this "compatible" ink cartridge on my Pixma MP490. The ink is worthless. 1 hour of Google searches yielded no results. No where does it tell you that it will be hard/impossible to use the cartridge.

It had no ink in it so how can I print any thing the printer said it has no ink in it

This was supposed to be a "color" cartridge. I can only get green, blue and yellow out of it. It doesn't work and I will not buy this product from you again.

usually when you buy reman ink catridges, the internal ink level indicator is reset, not on this product. eventually the canon printer will stop printing colors, because the printer shos out of ink, even when thre is ink remaining.

Crtlidge seems not full, just after 10-15 pahes it indicate that it is empty

It works fine with no globs or running. It runs smoothly. Very good for refurbished.
