Bush Series C Right L-Bow Workstation

We have purchased several items from Overstockcom. the products are typically at a good price BUT when oversized they often come with a defect. Sometimes the product appears to have been shipped already with a problem & sometimes the package itself seems to have been damaged. It is frustrating, particularly with large items, returning or waiting for replacement parts. While my office manager is very happy with her new desk, we are still waiting on replacement parts should the damaged ones not hold up (the first replacements came in a VERY damaged package and we never accepted). it appears OS is having issues with large item freight. this is unfortunate because their customer service is VERY attentive & helpful and OVERSTOCK has a very nice selection of products at a good price. All the said, the desk looks great & was not too difficult to assemble (need 2 people due to size).

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. the desk is nice - i think the problem is with shipping, large items are often damaged
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? no. one of the side panels was cracked & a corner crunched in. when assembled you couldn't tell but still not without defect
• Would you recommend this to a friend? Yes
