Beware of compatibility issues!
The product itself is high quality, but DO NOT BUY THIS if you are planning to connect other Envoy collection pieces to it. I bought the Return from Staples (Overstock didn't sell it) and I received a newer revision of the product suite which will not properly connect to the desk suite. This of course defeats the entire reason I bought the desk in the first place. Contacting both Overstock and Bush customer service has been a comedy of errors. No one seems to know what anyone is doing and no has been able to help me. If a company is going to make changes to their products that affect compatibility they should change the model numbers accordingly so customers don't make the same mistake I did. So far I do not have a resolution to this issue. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction shortly I will be contacting American Express. The product suite that Overstock is selling is 2 years old at least.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The desktop was cracked in two places, but I called Bush and they quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement they sent was for a newer revision and it didn't connect properly. I'm still dealing with the situation.

It's a nice desk.
It took a long time to put the desk together. Over all, it's a very nice desk.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Yes, there was a big dent on the hutch part. It was bad enough that cracks the other side if the board. I'm disappointed. We're supposed to receive the replacement on April 1st but it still hasn't arrived yet.
