I had to send this back - the first time ever having to send an item back to Overstock and they immediately credited our account. So, it was handled perfectly and would not stop me from ordering again - as for the actual product. Maybe it was old and dried out as we have changed ink cartridges before and never experienced this messy problem with dried, yet smudgy, 'ink flakes and fragments'.

I tried to save some money and found this good deal on some toner. After waiting 1 full week for it to arrive, the compatible toner was not really compatible. Simply put, it was different and did not fit into my printer. So, time wasted, money wasted. Not happy, will not use O.co again
