I didn't want to pay the ridiculouse high price for ink cartridges, so I went in search for a great deal and found these. The price was so low that I thought it was too good to be true. Well, I am glad I took a chance because the cartridges have worked out great! I will purchase again in the future!
When I got the product I was really pleased at the quality of the prints and very happy. I was unsure as the design was a bit different but all seemed well. Today one of the ink cartridges leaked all over the inside of the printer. It infuriates me that brother charges so much for the ink however, I will not be buying this off brand product again. It seems that you have to be very precise as to how you insert these and be sure not to move them around once inserted.
Rather than spend upwards of $70 at a retail store to replace the 4 cartridges, I found this product at overstock. It seemed a bit too inexpensive to get high quality printing but given the price it was worth taking a chance. I was pleasantly surprised that the product was compatible with the printer (i.e. the printer accepted the cartiridges, "cleaned" them and they were ready to work. One item to note, one of the cartridges was crushed in the mail - so check all the cartridges when you receive the package. I spoke with an excellent service rep at Overstock and he took care of the problem. Yes, I would buy these again.
these might not be name brand but they are just as good as far as i can tell. i have done everything i normally do, including printing pictures and thye have al turned out very well. and it saved me around $60.00-it wpould have cost me at lesast $15.00 each to replace them at a store, times 5 cartridges. it ended up costing me less than $20.00 for 5 cartridges, which included 2 black, which is the most-used color! And shipment was prompt.i will do this again!
This looks slightly different than the cartridges I thought they wouldn't work. Was reluctant to open them up thought I might have to just return.Then I thought well I might as well. They work great. For just one black and the three colors, I would have spent over $67 plus tax if I went to the store and bought every color separately. This combo pack was great. Now I don't have to feel guilty every time I print something up.
