I ordered a set of black cartridges and color cartidges. The black cartridges were shipped separately and by different shipper. I got the black cartridges, however since my printer will not print with an empty color cartridge in it , I was stuck. I thought, it wil be a few days....not so...I called and did the live chat ...twice and got dropped each time, so I had to type in all the data again and explain I was waiting for the ink cartridges. According to the record, they shipped it, but the shipper lost it and they don't have any more in stock. I finally got a credit for the purchases....3 weeks later...I certainly did not need this during the holidays! I got back online after the holidays and had to order a combo pack...(not that I need more black cartridges.) and I got them today. AH! on the bright side, my printer is working for the new year..

Product arrived on time and as described. Product works well in my Brother printer. Time will only tell if this product will be safe for my printer. In the past, I owned a older model of Brother printer, purchased generic cartridges and eventually the printer jammed up. I never took it in for an evaluation so I will never know for sure if it just died because these products are made to be disposable or if the generic cartridges jammed it up. I choose to take this gamble of purchasing generic cartridges to save lots of money on cartridges. I can't give the seller 5 stars because I just don't know the long time effects on my printer.

5 stars and excellent says it all. Except for the fact that I must write a minimum 50 words for this review ! Is anybody counting?

A great price for the 5-pack of refills. My only problem was that one of the cartridges had leaked inside the shrink wrapped packaging, rendering one of the refills un-usable. I didn't bother with filing a complaint as I figured the return shipping and re-shipping of the refill from Canada wasn't going to be worth the headache.
