Excellent return policy only......
Only 2 of 4 worked. Those working unit actually printed out more than OEM did. But, the hassel of shipping back the defactive ones as well as trying to solve error issues because printer having recognition problems with these toners. Too uncertain for me to try em again.

You get what you pay for
The toner is billed as 'Brother compatible' however when inserted into my Brother printer, the printer doesn't recognize it and continues to flash the message "replace toner" on the LED panel. I removed the toner cartridge, shook it and re-inserted it, but still it didn't work. After re-programming the printer to ignore any low toner messages, the printer does start to print with this new toner cartridge. However, what I notice is a poorer quality, smudgier looking print-out than with the original Brother toner cartridge. Also, the print-outs have a sweet chemical odor which also did not occur with the original Brother toner cartridge. In sum, I would say that this toner is not quite as good nor is it truly Brother-compatible. I have had good experience with generic toner cartridges in the past, but this one is not up to snuff. I would not purchase it again. I'm just glad that with the Overstock.com discounts, it didn't cost me very much.
