The first cart arrived damaged. We could not install the rollers onto the cart. It took forever to get a replacement (after being told that a replacement would be shipped out the day I contacted customer service about the broken cart). The second cart finally arrived (after about 10 days) and we could not get the bottom tray to fold down.Upon examination of the tray, who ever put it together, attached the tray to the bottom screw thereby not letting the bottom tray drop into place. Once we fixed that problem, it works fine and rolls very nicely.
