The instructions weren't real clear; images only no words; so I had to do a lot of thinking for myself, turns out there were only 4 easy steps to put this chair together. It has great back support, even for my big and tall spouse. Nice looking peice of furniture for our home office.

I was lent an ergonomic chair from a local furniture broker. The cost of that chair was approximately four times this chair, and I like this chair better. Very easy to snap the few separate pieces together; I unpacked and assembled it in less than five minutes. The chair looks great, and is very sturdy yet comfortable. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

Overstock rules! I ordered this chair from Overstock to replace the new top-of-the-line ***** chair I just returned to ***** because after about 15 days of use, I couldn't sit in it anymore without getting very uncomfortable... the seat cushion went flat, so it felt like you were sitting on a board. This chair however, was about half the price of the ***** chair and feel like a superior quality. very comfortable and no problems so far with cushions deflating. I recieved the shipment very fast ( to my front door... what could be more convienient ) and as stated in the description, took all of 5 minutes to literally 'snap' this chair together. I recently purchased this chair and I love the feel of the leather. I did not know that it does not lean back at all so if you are the kind of person that likes to lean back and think while working this is not the chair for you. Still a great chair really easy to assemble and really nice looking.

Chair is comfortable, and exceptionally easy to put together. Only required snapping the wheels into the supporting pedestal, inserting the pedestal into the bottom of the chair, and then folding the back up into an upright position. No tools required. The other good feature is that the back can be folded down into the seat, if you need to get the high back out of the way to move something around in a small space

The biggest challenge for me was to get the seat back up and locked. I had a hard time getting enough leverage to fully engage the latch. The bonded leather should provide me with years of use. I think I am going to order the soft casters; I might like the way it wheels on my chair pad better with them.

The sizing was accurate, though I was not anticipating that at its lowest, it still was taller than my last office chair at its lowest, which I could bring up to an ideal height height. That extra inch or two makes the fit a little tight when I am sitting at my keyboard.

We chose this chair to use at our computer in our home. It takes about five minutes or less to assemble and no tools are required. This chair gives excellent back support and is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. The cost is very reasonable for this type of chair and the feel is comparable with much more expensive models. I am well pleased with this purchase.

i bought this chair after hours of looking for the perfect one. my boyfriend and i have our computer in our room. there isnt much room, and when i saw that this chair folds down, is soft black leather, and that is looked amazing...i just had to get it. and im glad i did. my boyfriend loves it. he is 6'3 and he fits well in the chair, he was very impressed i found something he loves and that is functional :) PERFECT CHAIR for our small space. because i can just fold it down and slide it under the desk.

This was a purchase made on line from the stock listed and as, always, a choice that will make me a continued customer for ever. shipping helped at this time of the year and the return policy, which was stated up front, did NOT have to even be considered.

this is a very nice chair and glad I went with instead of a cheaper one. I usually just buy a cheap chair from walmart and when it craps I out I buy another one. But I am glad I splurged a bit and went with this one. I was having back problems with my last one and this one fits me just right. I am a larger man (280 lbs) and it doesn't seem to have problems with my size and the seat is very comfortable.

Easy to set up only took 5 min. But there is almost no padding on the armrest, it's just a piece of fake leather between your elbows and metal.

After sitting on a Boss Chair for $300 in *** I went online and found this chair by the same manufacturer with better reviews and at half the price. It was delivered quickly, assembled in 2 minutes and my boyfriend loves it! He spends hours at his desk despite chronic back and neck pain. He found this chair to be very comfortable and supportive.

Decent chair... functional. It's not the most comfortable chair I've used but I wouldn't describe it as uncomfortable.

The Boss chair came in in excellent wrapping and well protected. Wen I received it, I checked every single screw on the body as well as the back support lock as I have become a doubter when it comes to large assemble units. The casters fit and lock the first time and so did the "gas lift". I have given it a 5 star not only from the chair perspective but once again from "Overstock" delivery and meeting my expectations, so far all products I have bought from them have been to the mark "AS DESCRIVED".

This is a good chair. It is about 3x more comfortable than my last chair. Granted, this chair is about $60 more expensive, but definitely worth the upgrade. It has decent back-support if you seat yourself against the chair. I felt like I could get very productive if I wanted to simply by seating properly against the chair. Otherwise, I can also easily slouch a bit and still get comfortable. The chair tilts a good amount if you push in the handle. I didn't notice any defects upon arrival. And still haven't noticed any defects. I have been using this product for about a month now. My only complaint is that the surface material feels fake and a little cheap, hence the 4 stars. But it is still very comfortable to sit on. Plus, I am paying for a budget tiered chair. So I am fine with it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this chair purchase and recommend it for this price range.

This met my knees are almost hugging the edge of the seat. But this wasn't an issue in the end. The chair was still plenty comfortable

I HAVE HAD THE CHAIR FOR A MONTH, BUT HAVE NOT USED IT FOR ANY EXTENSIVE PERIODS. I BOUGHT IT AS A DESK CHAIR TO REPLACE MY WHEELCHAIR. BECAUSE OF ITS WEIGHT, IT WAS DIFFICULT GETTING OUT OF THE BOX. BUT ONCE WE HAD IT OUT, IT WENT TOGETHER IN A SNAP. THE ONE COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE CASTERS. ALTHOUGH SUPPOSEDLY FOR CARPET, THE CHAIR IS DIFFICULT TO MOVE ON MY CARPETTED FLOOR. THIS MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT I WEIGH 255 POUNDS. THE TILT AND SWIVEL WORK FINE. THE LATTER IS EXTREMELY EASY, MAYBE TOO EASY.
