If you are using your chair on a hard surface flooring like wood, wood laminate or natural stone surface, you may want to consider optional soft wheel casters. Optional soft wheel casters reduce the chance of marring or leaving marks on your hard surface flooring. These soft casters are inserted into the base at time of assembly as opposed to the standard, or included, casters.

This chair was advertised to have a 250 pound weight capacity. When it arrived, the instructions inside the box said it had a 225 pound weight capacity. One more thing about the chair, the back is high enough to support the users head when leaning back... but the lumbar curve in the back makes it almost impossible to reach unless you contort yourself like a pretzel (Not comfortable at all). Overstock has corrected the description and allowed a return of the chair. I was not pleased with the chair, but I am extremely pleased with Overstock's service.Read More
Assembly was easy. Color was accurate. My son is very happy with this chair. Price was much less at O.co than other websites.Read More
Love this chair - it is very comfortable and sturdy. Particularly like the adjustable arms and the high back. Hope it lasts for a long time to come.Read More
I have back issues so I was up for making a purchase that was significant vs. buying a said "ergonomic chair" from ******* Great that it was free shipping, but it came without wheels and without the shaft that puts the whole chair together. A quick call to the manufacturer and 4 days later, I could put my chair together! Over all it is great. Anyone under 5'5" may have a problem. It feels very solid and firm which is nice if you sit a lot, but also not so nice if you sit a lot. This chair was worth the money spent.Read More
I trusted the reviews on this chair and purchased one in black. It is a well made, heavy chair and it's quite comfortable. It has a basic look, but it blends in well with my existing, home office chair. I would definitely recommend this chair.Read More
The chair is a good value..It has a really hard seat ,and I really wanted a softer seat. If I had looked at this chair in a store I would not have bought it. It is a nice looking chair and I decided to keep it.Read More
Questions & Answers
Hello jholmes900, We have updated information from our support team. The chair supports up to 250 pounds. I have removed the previous response to avoid confusion. I hope this helps you.
Other sites give the dimensions of this chair as Back dimensions: 20" W x 29" H Seat dimensions: 21.5" W x 20.5" D Seat height: 19" - 23" H Overall dimensions: 44.5" - 48.5" H x 27" W x 27" D Someone answered a question below saying the back was 20" H. Is it 29" or 20" HIgh? Or somewhere in between? If the overall height maximum is 48.5" and the seat height maximum is 23", That would leave a back height of 25.5". Is that the correct height?
The chair arrived today and my math is correct. The back height is 25.5".
This same chair is on other sites with a seat-slider adjustment option. Does the chair you are selling have the seat-slider or not?
The chair arrived today and it does NOT have a seat-slider.
Hello jholmes900! I really like this chair! Unfortunately, this chair does not come standard with a seat slider adjustment. I hope this helps. Thanks for shopping with us.
what is the seat height
The seat height adjusts from 19 to 23 inches high.
The chair measures 32 inches wide x 27 inches deep x 39 - 43 inches adjustable height. Please let me know if you have any further question.
What is the back height of this chair? And is it adjustable on the back?
The back height is 21-inch W x 20-inch H. The back can go back and forward. Not up and down.
The back is 25.5" and it does go up and down. As a matter of fact when I was attaching the back to the bottom it kept on sliding up and down. When I sit in it I can raise the back up a few inches so the lumbar support fits into the small of my back. It makes a ratcheting sound as it is being raised. It is harder to lower it.
